This Privacy Policy explains what information mailkh ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. mailkh is a disposable-email service operated from Cambodia. By using mailkh.com or our API, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from your Google account.
• Inboxes & mail: the temporary email addresses you create, and the contents of email messages sent to those addresses (sender, subject, body, attachments).
• Payment data: when you top up via Bakong (through BakongRelay), we store a transaction reference, amount, and status. We do not receive or store your bank credentials or card numbers.
• API usage: if you use our developer API, we store a hashed version of your API key and basic usage timestamps.
• Technical data: standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) processed by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, for security and reliability.

2. How we use it

• To provide the service: deliver mail to your inboxes, show it to you, and run your account.
• To process payments and apply balance, inbox slots, and Pro entitlements.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, and to keep the service secure.
• To display advertising to non-Pro users (see §5).

3. Email content — important

mailkh is for disposable, low-sensitivity email. Do not use it for confidential, financial, medical, or legal correspondence. Mail to free inboxes is automatically deleted (by default within 24 hours), and you can delete any inbox or message at any time. We do not read your mail except as needed to operate the service, and we render untrusted email in a sandboxed frame for your safety.

4. Data retention

• Free inbox mail: deleted automatically after the retention window (default 24 hours).
• Pro accounts: mail is kept while Pro is active, per your plan.
• You may delete inboxes, messages, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Advertising & cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. For non-Pro users, we may show ads via Google AdSense and other ad partners. These third parties may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Google's use of advertising cookies is described in Google's Advertising policies.

Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are shown a Google-certified consent message and can consent to, refuse, or manage the use of advertising cookies. Pro users do not see ads.

6. Third parties we rely on

• Google — sign-in (OAuth) and advertising (AdSense).
• Cloudflare — hosting, email routing, and security.
• Bakong / BakongRelay — payment processing for top-ups.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Your choices & rights

• Delete any inbox or message, or your whole account, at any time.
• Manage advertising consent via the consent message (EEA/UK/CH) or your browser settings.
• Contact us to access or delete your data (see below).

8. Children

mailkh is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). Do not use the service if you are under that age.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
