mailkh. Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of mailkh ("the Service"), a disposable-email service and API operated from Cambodia. By using mailkh.com or our API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

mailkh lets you create temporary email addresses on our domains and receive mail at them. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the Service in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use mailkh to:

• break any law, or facilitate fraud, phishing, spam, or abuse;
• impersonate others or evade bans, identity checks, or security controls unlawfully;
• receive content you have no right to, or that is illegal where you are;
• attack, overload, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or abuse the API beyond your plan's limits.

We may suspend or delete any account or inbox that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, without notice.

4. Disposable, low-sensitivity use only

mailkh is designed for throwaway, low-sensitivity email. Mail to free inboxes is deleted automatically (by default within 24 hours). We do not guarantee delivery, storage, availability, or the security of any message. Do not use mailkh for anything important, confidential, or that you cannot afford to lose.

5. Payments, balance & Pro

• You may top up a prepaid balance via Bakong. Top-ups add credit to your account.
• Balance can be spent on extra inbox slots and on Pro (which removes ads and extends mail retention) for the periods and prices shown in the app.
• Prices and limits may change. Payments and balance are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to you.

6. API

API keys are personal to your account. Keep them secret; you are responsible for usage under your keys. Free-tier usage is subject to the quotas shown in our documentation, and we may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access to protect the Service.

7. Advertising

Non-Pro users may be shown ads from third-party networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.

8. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mailkh is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
